John Rizzo - Founder, CEO and Chairman.
Mr. Rizzo has more than a decade experience in the capital markets as well as maintaining key roles with start-up and early stage businesses. He has been integral in the completion of several successful transactions, including sale of a business to MasterCard and in Siebel Systems’ 1996 Initial Public Offering.

Michael Uhl - Director.
Mr. Uhl previously served as Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at Caesar’s Entertainment, wherein he directed convention and travel industry sales for Bally’s Paris, Flamingo, Caesar’s Palace and the Las Vegas Hilton. Mr. Uhl has also held Director of Sales positions with Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin and New York Hilton & Towers. Mr. Uhl holds a BBA from Hofstra University.
David M. Baesler - Director.
Mr. Baesler is VP of Sales for the Wireless Division of Sanyo. In addition to Sanyo, Mr. Baesler has held executive positions at several leading consumer electronics companies, including Executive VP of Brother International; Group VP of Toshiba North America’s Consumer Products Division; Senior VP of Pioneer Corporation’s Video Division; and VP of Sales for Pioneer Electronics. Mr. Baesler served as an officer in the US Army and holds a degree in mathematics and economics from North Dakota State University.

Mark Whitney - Advisor to the Board.
Mark Whitney is CEO and Founder of Innovations in Marketing. IIM is a marketing services company providing Marketing and Incentive programs to Corporate America. Developing solution driven programs for Dealer and Distributor networks as well as the Healthcare Industry has been the main focus of IIM.
In 2005, Whitney and a small group of investors purchased CMAC, a transportation company headquartered in Providence Rhode Island. CMAC is the most recognized company in the meetings, convention and Association business. CMAC handles transportation needs for almost every major convention and tradeshow in Las Vegas and Chicago and throughout the U.S. In 2007 Whitney resigned as the President and CEO to concentrate on other business opportunities.
From 1990 to 2001 Mark was President and CEO of MCI Performance Group, headquartered in Dallas,TX. MCI was a leading provider of Marketing services to over 25 Fortune 500 companies with fourteen offices throughout the United States. In 1998, MCI Performance group was purchased by SPAR Merchandising Company. SPAR designed and implemented marketing and merchandising programs to retailers. In 1999 SPAR became a public company and was the fifth largest marketing services company in the United States. Whitney remained as President and CEO for three more years to guide the organization through the transition.
